From the South: 

• Follow I-280 N to Junipero Serra Blvd in Daly City.  
• Take exit 47 toward Eastmoor Ave  from I-280 N
• Use the left lane to turn left onto Junipero Serra Blvd 
• Turn left onto San Pedro Rd
• Use the middle lane to turn left onto Sullivan Ave
• Turn right at the first traffic light on to “Seton Medical Center Medical Office Buildings”. Go up the hill, and the parking lot is on the right. The office building is on the left across the parking lot.

From the North:

• Follow I-280 S to Sullivan Ave in Daly City.
• Take exit 48 from I-280 S
• Take exit 48 toward Eastmoor Ave
• Use any lane to turn left onto Sullivan Ave
• Turn right at the second traffic light on to “Seton Medical Center Medical Office Buildings”. Go up the hill, and the parking lot is on the right. The office building is on the left across the parking lot.
